Magid Magid is a Somali-British author who came to the UK as a refugee at the age of five. He is the founder and director of the Union of Justice. He has been a Member of the European Parliament for Yorkshire and the Humber, Mayor of Sheffield and an elected councillor representing his community. Magid sits on the Board of Trustees of the EU think-tank Friends of Europe, the University of the Underground and is Chairman of the refugee charity Safe Passage International.
