The Guardian published an op-ed by Florian Ranft on how progressives can reclaim the notion of security from the far right. During the conference, The Guardian dedicated a live blog to #PGS24 and you can read a write-up of the summit talk between Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Lea Ypi here.

Table.Briefings published a series of editorial pieces and a special edition of their newsletter, including an article on how a holistic approach to security took centre stage at PGS and is a defining element of the Zeitenwende as well as an op-ed by Dominic Schwickert and Florian Ranft on guidelines for a sustainable global security strategy. In an interview, Tytti Tuppurainen, a member of the Finnish parliament and speaker at #PGS24, shared her thoughts on progressive security reflecting on the need to strengthen the European pillar of the transatlantic alliance after Finland joined NATO last year.
For further reading, we recommend a piece in the Financial Times by Claire Ainsley, Director of PPI project on Center-Left Renewal, which reflects on polling data presented at PGS24 and the challenges facing incumbent centre-left parties in the EU. These experiences should serve as lessons for Keir Starmer and the Labour Party to craft effective and convincing policies.
