Reduce your ecological footprint

To reduce CO2 emissions, we recommend travelling to PGS24 by train if possible. You will find information on how to book train tickets at a fixed price in your confirmation email.

If you are travelling by plane, we recommend initiatives such as atmosfair to offset CO2 emissions.

The best way to get around in Berlin and to the venue is by using the public transport system BVG.

Luggage and bag policy

For security reasons, no bags larger than A4 format can be taken inside the summit. Your luggage will be checked by security personnel. Electronic devices such as cameras and laptops will be checked for functionality. A cloakroom is provided (limited capacity). Our recommendation: Arrive with light luggage and check it in advance for potentially dangerous objects.

Bring your child

We aim to provide childcare according to demand. If you are interested in making use of this, please indicate so in the registration form and we will reach out to you once your participation has been confirmed.

Because a certified agency needs to be hired and we want to offer this service free of charge, we kindly ask for committed communication.

Creating a welcoming space

Das Progressive Zentrum is committed to creating a space where everyone can feel accepted and respected – regardless of gender identity, skin colour, religion, ethnicity, age, or ability. We assume that all participants come to our events with the best intentions and respect the needs of other participants. Therefore, we expect everyone at our events to be considerate and respectful and abide by our house rules, which you can find here.

Additionally, if you are feeling unwell or sick, we kindly ask you to stay home. Please do not endanger yourself and others by attending the conference.
