From Concept to Campaign: Progressive Security as an Election Strategy Winner? (invite-only)
22 June | 11:30 – 12:45 (CEST) | Boardroom
About the Session
The polycrisis has created a prevailing and broad-based mood of insecurity. We might assume that an age of insecurity is an innately infertile ground for progressives and the natural realm of the political right. What do progressives have to offer to the insecurity? How can they turn the concept of progressive security into a successful election strategy? The round table will convene 15 leading progressive strategists and campaigners from Europe and North America. Paul Hilder (Datapraxis) will set the scene with fresh data on the outcome of the European election, followed by brief interventions with campaigning and strategy from different countries.
